Bruh the backround is so beautiful, it reminds me of a flametrooper that survived the war and didnt get his tank blown to shit. He just stars into the sky and remembers his fallen comrades. Fucking masterpiece

I normally don’t go for the battlefield games. But then again, I was never one for call of duty either. But when I first saw the initial teaser trailers and such for BF one, I almost immediately knew that I was going to get it. Because I am, probably the biggest history buff that I’m aware of. And then when they showed the trailer for the single player portion of the game and this song was playing that clinched it for me. That very same day I did something that I normally never do. I actually went online and pre-ordered the game.

And again, I am one of those individuals who doesn’t pre-order video games.

This makes me remember in history class about the brave men of the 369th infantry regiment (the Harlem hellfighters) who fought bravely throughout the great war. Not even a single one was killed in action.

Please think about those brave souls of the soldiers who fought in ww1. As not to forget those in ww2 and all others around the globe. These people and there acts of bravery can and must not be forgotten.
Please all have a moment of silence to remember these brave people and their stories.

Battlefield 1 is and will always be the greatest war game on this planet. Now only was it as realistic to the war as possible, but it was a dedication to the brave souls who perished in the war. Let us never forget.

I always associate this song with Tolstoy's War and Peace because when I got to the battles and even some of the interesting character dilemmas I always think of it as grandly as this piece portrays the need to fight for what one believes in and grow as a human being.
