DPL Tutorial Video #1: Creating a Deterministic Model from Excel

This is the first in a series of 6 videos of where I'll walk you through the steps to creating a probabilistic DPL decision analytic model from an Excel Cash Flow spreadsheet for a New Product Development opportunity. Within the first video I provide an overview of the spreadsheet and then quickly generate a deterministic model within DPL's Influence Diagram.
