I just got this in the mail! The British version of the Beatles Rarities LP... let's check it out together!

I've been collecting the Beatles since 1975. The Rarities album is like a sequel to the 1966 album "A Collection of Beatles Oldies...But Goldies" album. The Japanese album of "Rarities" (The British version) is the most Beautiful album in my Collection. I even have the Purple Capitol American release, where they substituted the German language version with the English versions of "I Want to Hold Your Hand" and "She Loves You". The German version on "DMM" Apple has "Rain" in stereo and is the best version of that song available. Be Forwarned, the Apple release of "Rarities" has the song in mono. The "DMM" version of the Beatles "White Album" is the best version of that album.

The "Beatles Box" released in Mexico is the only place on the entire planet that has "Thank You Girl" in stereo, that is not drenched in echo and reverb. The Australian version, released on the "Readers Digest" is based on the Japanese/English version. Save your money, Don't buy the British version. Also, never pay no more than $40 dollars for a record or your being ripped off.

I have the American release I bought In the 80's. Some critics laughed and called it The Beatles Outakes would of been better name.
