How do you calculate capacity in Scrum? Here is a quick and simple way.

There is nothing in Scrum Guide that mention capacity planning or anywhere that shows the formula on how to do it. So often times, we fall back to what we know before which is the traditional way of calculating capacity based on hours. Let me show you an easier way.
