I ve been having stutter issues recently just all of a sudden.Running an rtx 3060 laptop. Been playing the game since release and no issues with default settings.2k resolution, high settings, dlss to quality and got a good framerate too. But the game suddenly starts to stutter 4 times at around every minute. This happened during beta as well and after trying to fix some issues just watching you tube videos eventually i did a format on my pc. After formatting everything was perfect and smooth for 2 weeks and stutter happened again. Any help? Changing graphics settings doesnt help.

What do you use to display the FPS information on your screen while you are playing? I recently bought a 7900 XT and according to the AMD adrenalin software I am only getting 69 FPS on ultra 1440p. This seems very low as Tom's Hardware says even AAA games on ultra settings for 1440p should be getting at least 124 FPS with this card. Also experiencing the stuttering same as I do when using my old 1660ti. Strangely seems like the 7900 really isn't performing much better than the 1660...that might sound crazy.

Excuse me, your overlay said rtx 3070 but the in game setting said RTX 3080Ti 😂.
So with RTX 3080Ti and WQHD (3440x1440), you say this is the optimal setting? I'm having stutter and spikes whenever I got into cities and switching regions, do this setting address those issues as well?🤔

Didn't work, the game stil plays perfectly sometimes and suddenly it starts stuttering and freezing like hell again
