Doosu - Louisiana House Fire, Mid 1950's (Instrumental by Davi Hoyos)
Показать описание
I do not own any rights to DragonBall or Doosu.
This is my 4th full Instrumental that I have ever made.
This song was not easy to make, in fact, when it came down to mixing and mastering this song, it was quite tedious, I fixed it now, but boi it was definitely complex to say the least. The bass guitar was too loud, one of the guitars was louder then the other, and to top it all of, I had to go back to Logic Pro to fix the static mix.
I learned this song completely by ear, there are no tabs of any kind for this song anywhere, I literally made this by myself, I am a one man band, plus I mixed and mastered it, so technically, I just did was 7 people are supposed to do.
I have had nothing but fun recreating these songs, it is so nostalgic.
I have been on youtube since 2012 looking for instrumentals for these songs, but no one ever made them...then a year ago I was at a bar,(I am 22, so don't worry), and I met this guy named "Sid", and he was in a DJENT/METALCORE band, and I was like, "That is so cool", and I told him I play guitar and he heard what I played and he said I was really good, so good in fact that he took me to his STUDIO where he and his band record music, it is there where I stumbled upon their secrets, I had seen what they were using, I had very very very little knowledge about music equipment, but I had a keen eye for things I really like, so I absorbed everything they had without me letting them know. They had something called a "Scarlet 2i2 Audio Interface", and they were using guitar plug-ins from "Neural DSP", after that, I went home, and I was like, "So that is how they do it......I must learn more, I want to make music, even if it is not original". Over time I started to learn more and more, I learned about software, and how to use it, an example of software would be like, you need a "DOC" to record anything that involves sound, so I purchased "LOGIC PRO X" for 200$, though if you do not own an APPLE product, then I would suggest a DOC called "Pro Tools", or "Reaper", I was able to figure out how to connect the "Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface" into Logic Pro X, and I figured out how to use Plug-Ins in Logic Pro, like "Neural DSP Archetype: Gojira" for the electric guitar, and a bass guitar Plug-in like "Neural DSP Dark Glass Ultra", and a drum track creator called "GG DRUMS: Architects" which is a software that allows you to manipulate notes into going where ever it is that you choose, in the past I used to use my laptop keys to manipulate the drum notes as I pleased, but It was not as easy, and then I discovered there is another way to use the drum software without having to wear out my laptops keys, something called an "AKAI PROFFESIONAL MIDI KEYBOARD", once I figured out how to use it, I started doing the impossible, creating all of these instrumentals by myself, without a band, just me, Davi Hoyos. ( I did not go to school for this, I learned from the best)
