My first level built in Cryengine 3.

Very nice, its amazing to see what people are coming up with. I just started messing with cry3 its very time consuming (not to mention the list of other software you end up learning) but rewarding. Great job on the layers and detail on the buildings.

That music was from: "For a Few Dollars More" a Clint Eastwood and Lee Van Cleef spaghetti western from the 1960's. The music plays when the crazy dude recalls murdering people.

Solid man - Changes that I would recommend are setting your ground covering to cast shadows (if your pc can handle it) - at least the bits of grass and stuff where they're spread out further onto the road. ANd I think on the road some hoof prints/cart wheel tracks would be great - if you uses parralax occlusion maps for those details it would look brilliant and ad alot of life to the scen I think. Impressed man.

CryEngine 3 is one of the top engines on the market right now, Fallout 4 will most likely look like Skyrim.

To be honest Crysis 3 is beginning to look more like reality than a PC game... there's no longer pixelated shadows, ugly low-detail props, the materials are HD. Realtime rendering technology is 80% through creating virtual reality. Keep up the good work, Crytek and the gaming community! :DD

I've never seen birds fly so randomly and without direction. Also part of the high graphics feel that most people are describing are the over saturated colors and high contrast.
