Показать описание
This is a simulation of an Intellec Series II development system, with an Intel 8080 CPU, running the CP/M operating system. The simulation uses the original ROM (including the Series II Monitor and Diagnostics) and boots CP/M from a simulated floppy drive.

CP/M (initially Control Program/Monitor, and later known as Control Program for Microcomputers) is an operating system first developed in 1974 by Gary Kildall at Digital Research. It was created for the Intel 8080 CPU to run on an Intellec 8 development system (probably similar to the one in this simulation).

The simulation is created using the Java System Simulator project.
