Get Smart was my absolute favorite show on Nick at Nite when I was a kid. So here I was in my late twenties seeing that telephone booth and hearing the words "Kaos and Control" I'm like "oh please, please, please, please, PLEASE!" and the second that theme kicked in, I totally lost my sh*t. And when I finally got to see the movie, EVERYTHING on my wishlist came true, even a few things I had completely forgotten about, but still understood. I think I geeked out harder for this film than I did for GalaxyQuest, and this coming from a life-long Trekkie :P

I remember seeing a trailer for this movie back when I saw Harry Potter and the order of the Phoenix back in 2007, I was 9 years old and at first I thought it was another James Bond movie but I was wrong for 2 reasons 1. Steve Carell could never play james bond and 2. WB doesn't do the bond films MGM does so I thought it looked like a cool movie I was all over the place for it and I remember in Summer 2008 I just turned 10 at the time, I saw that movie at a drive in double flick with WALL-E and Quantum of Solace teaser poster was there, overall I love this movie.
