Yes to Sen Booker's points on stopping subsidization of highly processed empty calorie foods and instead focusing on healthier whole foods -- I feel the same way about clothing: stop subsidizing the petroleum industry (and thus fast fashion) and instead focus on natural fibers grown locally.
