The funny thing is that the biggest difference between this game and Splatoon is that the Foam actually makes different terrain styles when used, which could make for an interesting strategy.
Everything else is basically Splatoon, Ninjala, and other "ripoffs". XD

I'm a huge Splatoon fan, but I think it's cool that the elevation of the terrain changes as the foam builds up. I haven't seen a mechanic like that since the game Fracture for PS3. That was a great, underappreciated game!

I see what people are talking about, but I can't help but think that this doesn't deserve as much hate as it got lol. This just looks like a silly fun game, and my heart isn't really breaking for Nintendo. I also enjoy the verticality of the foam, and that you can pretty much reshape the map

As a huge fan of Splatoon, I won’t lie that this looks very cool actually. Both games have insanely different aesthetics (Splatoon being more hyper maximalist while foam stars seems to follow a more colorful cyberpunk aesthetic.) My only real critique is that the color choices for the foam need to be changed a bit, both being light colors makes the game less easy to read and adds to the visual clutter. I’d recommend a light paired with a dark to add more contrast, other than that this looks pretty cool!

I love how the specials are the same as splatoons, as well as the dual guns looking very simular to the tetra duelies if they were upside-down.

Also, where did the surfboards go? They just appeared then disappeared???
