bro....For hours I've been reading suggestions about emptying caches and such with no results. None of these sources even bothered to address the issue of a non-working keyboard. Your was the only tutorial addressing all these issues, and with complete success. All I can say to you is THANK YOU ! :)))) My phone is fixed.

OMG thanks so much for this fix! I actually thought my tablet got infected and I resorted to thinking I need to reset my tablet (and backup all files to my laptop) completely! Gosh I didn't know the fix was so simple. Yet again, thank you so much.

omg THANK YOU! This has been happening to my samsung tablet for lie the past 3 months but I never bothered to find a way to fix it because I didn't think it would be a common problem, nor did I ask my dad because I always feel like my parents try to go through my stuff whenever it's in their possession :P Now I can use my tablet without this annoying glitch!

Thank you so much!! This just happened to me at random when I went to send a text and accidentally hit the speaker/voice button. I thought I was going to have to do another factory reset (just did one about a month ago) and was panicking, but this worked like a charm and everything is back to normal now!
