The problem with the background-color was that there was a missing ; on the end of the line, so the first line within 'is3D' won't work unless you add a ; after the ternary.

you can use color || 'papayawhip' instead of ternary

The problem is that you should have passed the *is3D* prop as a prop of the Wrapper component, like this:
*const Wrapper = styled.section<{ is3D }>`...*
