Are The Umbrella Academy cast happy with the show's ending?

☂️ SPOILER WARNING ☂️ It's never an easy thing to end a story, at least it's not easy to do it in a way that will satisfy everyone watching — just look at Game of Thrones. But The Umbrella Academy cast tell Yahoo UK they are "proud" of how the Hargreeves family's story comes to an end in season 4.

Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Justin H Min, Aidan Gallagher and Ritu Arya all shared their thoughts on the matter after bidding farewell to their characters Viktor, Luther, Diego, Allison, Klaus, Ben, Five, and Lila. While it might come as controversial to fans, the cast argue that it's the most fitting ending for the Netflix show's story.

5) There were OTHERS LIKE LILA?
6) Why was Abigail put to cyrosleep on moon
7) No attempt at getting a briefcase? Yeah the commission was destroyed but Five built it.
8) WHAT HAPPENED TO SLOANE AND RAY
9) No mention of who built Oblivion
10) When and How did five create the commission?
11) THE FREAKING WHITE BUFFALO! THE HELL WAS THE WHITE BUFFALO?
12) MARIGOLD THROWN AT A GUY
13) LEFT-OVER MARIGOLD JAR
14) How did Jennifer end up in a squid?
15) Who built the subway?
16) Why did Luther turn into an ape again?

Poor Aidan, he has been building this badass and strong character since season 1, which everyone love, only to be butchered like that. Not even 1 impressive fight in this final season. At least other umbrellas got powerup.

sorry im not buying it, that wasn't a good ending especially with the five and lila situation. i remember in another interview ritu said at the season 3 premiere a writer accidentally told her about what was gonna happen with five and lila in season 4, and she actually thought it was a joke. aidan was also surprised - even the actors knew this was out of character.

going from the usual 10 to 6 episodes really did this season dirty. Barely half of the cast get to have any proper storylines and the ones we got were half cooked or just not good, I'm afraid. Was the show produced in the middle of the strikes?

I didn’t get several things…
-Girl in Squid
-I don’t think the team really addresses finding our dad was an alien.
-Ray randomly leaving after all Allison did to get him back.
-Lila had her family back, but how did they not find Sloane again?
- The FxL thing? Seriously?!?😖
-No Pogo anymore?
-Ben on Train preview end of last season?
-Didnt they say last time they may explore their children being born with powers too?
I question if something happened last year. Did changes or a rushed story possibly happen with the writers strike. Things probably could have ended with S3.🤷🏻‍♀️😔

Season 2 was peak
They overdid it.. the world ends 4 times story becomes a bit of a cliche.
I really don’t understand the choices made for the final season and I’m disappointed they blew it
