Loved the B&W shot of the sand, it actually looks like an aerial shot of a desert and mountains. One of the things I like about abstracts is when they fool me into thinking I'm looking at something much bigger than it really is. I rarely shoot them but this has made me feel like going out abstract hunting. And good practical tips too.

Great video Robin, totally agree that trying to do both abstract and big scenes together doesn’t work (I was trying to do the same!).

12 month behind ; but do you have any editing (affinity) tips of tricks for such subjects (sand patterns) that I photograph ( never shoot ;)) a lot, however I'm never happy with most. That could be because I follow (compare) the wonderful work by Julieanne Kost
