I have no idea what I did wrong but the reviews are visible and people can write reviews too. But when u go to “add a review” it shows there’s no reviews available even tho there’s like 20

I had both apps installed into my store website and the review were visible, but after I install a premium them (impulse version 5.1.2). Now all the reviews have been disappeared. Is there any way to restore the review? Even When I import review, the process become successful but does not appear in store.
