I like what OnePlus is doing. At least in the North American market they are incredibly competitive price. Probably not so much in India but in the US market it's basically undercutting Samsung in the pixels in the iPhone. And the 12R was a much better bargain than say the Pixel 8A. All of that said I hate that they're ripping off this dynamic island aesthetic.
