•This program prompts the user to input two strings, then concatenates them without using any library functions.

•The program then copies the characters of the first string into a new string called concatenated_string.
•It uses a for loop and an index variable i to iterate through the characters of the first string, copying each one to the appropriate position in the concatenated_string array.

•Finally, the program appends the characters of the second string to the end of the concatenated_string array, using another for loop and a new index variable j.
• The program then adds a null terminator at the end of the concatenated_string array to indicate the end of the string, and prints out the resulting concatenated string using the %s format specifier.
