Hey guys this are the steps for those who did not understand or hear the video properly

1. Extract (GTA MZANSI ONE_OFFLINE ANDROID.zip) the zip.The is no password needed.

2. Open (VIVAMUS AETURNUM)the folder and install the GTA SA apk that is recommended for you phone.

3.Rename your gpu on com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb(cutscene, gta3 and txd)
GPU NAMES

Andreno=dxt
Mali=etc
PowerVR=pvr

4.Copy com.rockstargames.gtasa to (android/data)and paste.
