Some people, especially non muslims, may misunderstood the context of "Worshipping Allah." They say that Allah is egoistic that He created us only to worship him to boost his ego (astaghfirullah). But in Islam, worshipping Allah is not limited to praying, fasting and believing in Allah and worshipping him alone without any partner. In Islam, being kind to your parents is worshipping Allah. Removing objects from the road that may cause accident is a form of worship. Smiling to people you see to make them feel better is also a form of worship. Feeding the poor and orphans and travellers is another form of worship. Being kind to animals and nature is worshipping Allah. And the list goes on and on (in the Quran and Haddith) So how can you say Allah is egoistic when He sent these guide on how people should treat each other and how to be part of ecosystem in the best possible way. The reason why He asks us to pray five times a day is so that we'd be constantly reminded to do good and Allah loves those who do good. And when Allah loves you, trust me, you will feel it in your heart. Subhana'llah. Alhamduli'llah. Allahu Akbar.

When Prophet Musa received the 10 Commandments of God on Mount Sinai Prophet Musa wanted to see the form of Allah and Allah agreed with the condition that if the mountains were able to hold me then you would see me and when Allah wanted to intend to appear in front of Prophet Musa suddenly the mountains around Prophet Musa shook. and it broke until Prophet Musa fell and fainted. After waking up, Prophet Musa begged for forgiveness and never asked for something like that again.
