Easy Creamy Spinach Dip: A Cheesy, Crowd-Pleasing Appetizer for Parties & Gatherings!
Ingredients:
10 oz spinach
1 block cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping).
½ cup parmesan cheese, adjust to taste
2 tsp garlic powder, adjust to taste
2 tsp onion powder, adjust to taste
1 tsp chili pepper (adjust to taste)
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt to taste
