You can’t really hate a guy who’s at the top level of fighters worldwide. He’s in the UFC for a reason. Fighting is one thing but fighting in front of thousands of people, lights, cameras all around you, hearing the screams and the boos. Shit must be intense.

Sean got into fighting after his rap career failed. That's why he said that. That's why people were also calling him snoops fighter. He was trying to get a record deal with snoop and when snoop came to see him, Sean was in the gym training and snoop asked him if he ever thought about competing in the UFC. Snoop helped to fund that instead of a rap career and now Sean is one of the greatest UFC fighters this world has ever know. Way better than if he would've became a rapper.

When I was a kid I got into fights a lot.

I am ginger so I had many opportunities to either back down from insults or say something.

Saying something almost always resulted in a fight because I look like I am the last person in the room to ever have a fight.

This is the thing though. All the guys who want to be tough in front of their friends, but were too scared to really fight someone who looks like they could hurt them. They chose to target me... Which made going anywhere, doing anything shit.

Well that landed me with a lot of experience fighting and from a very young age as well.

When I first started to fight back, I sucked so bad but after honestly, 100s of times of being terrible... I got pretty decent.

At least compared to the losers who were picking fights with me anyway.

I am under no illusion what would happen if I fought a trained fighter. In fact I went to a random MMA gym, hoping I'd actually do okay or better than normal on my first few days compared to most people... I didn't let anyone know that obviously and proceeded to be submitted and beat up for 3 months before I saw any improvement.

Apparently teaching yourself to fight, gives a lot of hard to undo habits.

What I truly got out of it though, was messed up hands with reduced range of motion in my fingers.
From fighting in the street like an idiot I mean.
