Motsu nabe [Ingredients]
1/2 cabbage
400g Moyashi bean sprouts
100g garlic chive
500g beef offal
- soup
4 cups (800ml) water
90ml UMAMI SAUCE @umami_kimonomom
2tbsp chicken bouillon powder
15g grated garlic
10g grated ginger

Cut the chives and cabbage. Parboil the offal meat. Put the soup ingredients into a pot and heat it. Add offal meat and vegetables and it's done!🍲✨

My mom was a business woman turned into house wife when she married my step father. He was working insane amount of hours, often working late into the night and on the weekends as well. My mom did everything to make sure we had a comfortable life at home, taking care of everything at home so that my step father would be able to come back home and just eat warm meals and rest. She‘d prep healthy meals for us three times a day. Her mother in law appreciated none of her work and saw her as the lazy stay-in-housewife and thought only her son was holding the family together. Our family broke apart in the end. Seeing your videos make me feel so warm inside and I aspire to have this kind of family bond myself one day 😊
