I listened to this tune in 1982 on KJAZ ran out that nite and bought the album. Great collection of fine music.

One of my favorites. I used to request it at SCOTTS restaurant. (Oakland) The composer on piano. Swedish Rolph Erickson on trumpet.

More than 35 years ago, I had a gf who had one of these old records by harold land. Every time we met we never lose the chance to listen for it... It was really a great sound! After that I forgot completely his name, and even if I became an avid jazz collector, I never found some of his albums around... Never too late... A great neglected musicians. Not the only and not the last. Thanks to Youtube, the most beautiful well of my musical dream!

Wrong Carl Perkins, old chap! This one was a top shelf bopper and composer. This composition is probably his best known.
