OP lost her husband when she accused him of having an affair (it showed she didn’t trust him) & he checked out when she said he didn’t satisfy her sexually. Then she hit him & broke the TV? Nope, that one sided fight was the end of the marriage.
He was wrong for not divorcing her right then & there; & for not pressing charges against her for assault & battery.
She also messed up by then acting like the victim & saying he didn’t want to be near her nor touch her. Yup! Last time he did it, she hit him with a vase & said he leaves her unsatisfied. He has no reason to ever touch her again. Then, after he proves her cheating claims false, she has an affair! She tells him he can have an affair but becomes angry when he does.
This whole woman is a hot mess. The only reason why I believe that this whole ordeal is real, is because I’m actually that was women who are like this.

I certainly don't condone her affair or her hitting him. But if she really saw him at the mall with another woman and a kid, she should have just walked right up and asked for an introduction. That would have revealed the brother immediately if it was the brother. Its possible she immediately jumped to accusations later on without considering other possibilities. Context matters. But the husband really should have explained who the woman was and that he was helping her through a marital problem with his brother (her husband). After years of marriage he had to know his wife (the OP) was prone to jumping to conclusions. He married her anyway so he accepted that flaw. He should have been prepared to explain who that woman was.

You should have confronted, then started divorce proceedings when you found the used protection. I'm sorry but this story doesn't pass the sniff test. He flagrantly cheats in front of you, but some how you cheating is the deal breaker????
