Retinol is great for undereye skin true. However it's not very safe for your occular health. It will cause permanent dry eyes because retinol damage tear ducts or something like that. Also unsure of the safety for your cornea/eye balls. So use retinol with caution around your eyes.

I don't use any eyecream. I'm 33 my skin around eyes looks good no wrinkles, no dark circles, no puffyness. But I'd try the retinol eyecream from Olay. As for the ingredients, don't know.
