I forgot to add defining and adding into SEC definitions of distributed ledgers and smart contracts as part of custody and ownership. Let our companies, governments, and nation be the leaders in the digital/CRYPTO industry and stop stifling innovation.
BTW, I thought one of the news reporters had mentioned operation chock point and OCP 2.0 when she interviewed Gary.

Great job commisoner Peirce, there is no clear direction in defining digital assets, custody of both security and nonsecurity of digital assets and/or cryptocurrencies by exchange platforms, and moving the crypto industry forward.

Simply put, just because the SEC has the word Securities in it's title, doesn't mean that their goals and objectives within there organization can not be redined or define to add digital assets, exchange or blockchain platforms, and their current custody of security and/nonsecurity digial assests (to include updated works with other organizations). IMHO.
