Being a topper, being rank 1, getting a job is also a form of success which requires immense hard work. Can't say that toppers fail to succeed in real life. Definition of success is different for all.

But toppers learn more than the backbenchers do..plz being a backbencher is not an achievement.. it's just a trend

Think the high achievers that defined a job as their success achieve that. Depends from person to person what success means for them. Lots of low achievers from college end up as average as well☺

lol, see how such influencers are misleading people. They want you to not be a topper instead they want you to take their public speaking course for 399. Misleaders.

Mr. Sundar Pichai was a topper at school and college but now, the CEO of "Google". I think its the mindset that matters for a person to be succesful...and don't label people as you have done so.

Toppers know hardwork
They know how to do hardwork when they don't want to do
They know how to deal with challenges
They have growth mindest
Most of the toppers are successful because they strive for succes.🔥🔥🔥

I think this claim is partially flawed. Firstly if you're considering school/board toppers...i would ask you to correct your metric first and also it's important to understand that the competition pool is very small in schools...hence what you get is " ANDHO MEIN KANA RAJA" .

On the contrary toppers of competitive exams like IIT JEE or CAT generally make it big in life (obviously there are exceptions)

I wanna tell every topper like me can you relate this which happens to me
People cames close to us for work then leaves us
They say if I study more I can get more marks but they dont know how much we do hard work for that
They say that toopers only do cramming nothing more
They say that you will not be succesful because usually toppers fails in life and backbenchers not I wanna ask them do we do not have feelings or heart
Literally while writing I am crying 😢😭 please tell in the comment section I you relate this

I was a topper in my school but I never rote learnt things just to pass exams. Rather I was very inquisitive so I could concentrate while studying which eventually used to result into high percentage.

If one finds contentment in getting a good job, being financially independent, and implementing what they learnt then that's sucess for them. Not everybody wants to become super rich or famous. It differs from person to person.

Partially right, partially wrong. The reason I said partially wrong is because you need to get good grades too, to get admitted into the companies as still the criteria for sitting for the company interviews or exams is based on percentage. Percentage matters too.

Absolutely wrong!
You shouldn't judge toppers or intelligent students like this. Everyone is unique

Yes this is true...and A big example is Satya Nadella neither he was an IITIAN and he did average in school but still because of determination he became a non founder CEO of Microsoft...and chill guys he is not promoting to be a backbencher, he is just trying to say that whether you will be successful or not totally depends on what you do in future...

The reality is different. It's neither about toppers nor about backbenchers. A segment or class doesnot decide success
Success requires hardwork, perseverance and interest. If the backbenchers find their passion they will succeed in life as at the end of the day ite never late to work hard. But it's just a myth that they don't work. Maybe during a phase they were backbenchers but they become toppers in areas where they have interest. So don't defame toppers. It takes a lot of sacrifice and hardwork to be one.

Toppers have the mindset to score high in the exam, that's it. Bohot kam log hote hai jo knowledge carry on karte life meh aage. Job milne ke baad lot of them just fade away into the crowd. I've seen cases where toppers have settled for jobs that are below their capabilities/qualifications just cause they lacked interpersonal skills or either weren't confident enough to aim high or have invested their efforts into courses that didn't have enough demand. Uske baad toh bohot saare log jobs quit bhi kiye hai cause they weren't fulfilling enough for them. Scoring good marks is one hell of an achievement not discrediting their efforts but this alone can't be considered as a factor for a successful career. Aage kya aur kaise karoge life meh is what truly matters.

If average students don't have the growth mindset they will remain average as well. It's not about toppers or average students but an individual and his mindset weather he wants to be average or not. Also i do know some toppers and average students as well who have great skills rather than studying. So it's not just about toppers.
