Hi, should we put country of citizenship or work for permanent residence? My husband's visa has amendment requests but all info is complete and correct. We put country of citizenship and in employer put his employer's address which is a different country, could this be the reason for denial? Ive checked numerous times all other info is correct, these fields were previously blank in the first submission and obly filled when they asked to complete all fields

My e-visa is granted but the name sequence is first name and then last name but my name on the passport ICAO line is last name and first name. Is this a problem when enter into the immigration at the airport?

Hi, which name order do we follow if the form says (first, middle, last name) and the passport itself is written as (last, first, middle name)? I've seen mixed reviews about whether or not the order matters, so I'm hoping to gain some clarity on if the order affects the visa being approved. The instructions say to follow the passport order at the bottom, but the form says something different so it's confusing. Thank you!

So this issue happened with us thats why need to ask . My husband has single name and no last name . But while filling up the form there r two columns - Given name & surname both compulsory. Now he usually puts his name twice while travelling or booking tickets . Here also after trying to find out any guideline about it but couldnt find he put his name twice which got approved & came on visa.
But while travelling we were denied boarding in India because of his name being twice & saying its a mistake & immigration wont allow us.
So my question is
1. What or how to fill the name incase of single name
2. If the immigration is approving our evisa, isnt it expected that they must have cross checked all details & approved it

1. what is my intended DATE OF ENTRY? (since I'm staying for 3.5 hr at SGN airport)
