I stumbled into a silent disco on a cruise ship. It was awesome! My husband got thrown out for taking his shirt off and swinging it around. The headset had 2 channels. 1 def leopard 2 michael jackson. Everyone was dancing to their own beat. But if you just wanted to chill out at the bar and have a drink and talk it was quiet. Brilliant!

This seems like literally the best thing for people who struggle with sensory overload. I've never imagined until now that I could go to a party and not leave either exhausted or on the verge of tears.

ITS SO MUCH FUN! I just went to one last night at Wanderlust. 3 dueling DJ's and they try to get the most people listening to their set. It was incredible and off the hook fantastic music from all 3. It's great because if you don't like one song, you can switch to another at will. If you want to take off your headset and get off the dance floor, then you can and you can have a conversation with others without yelling over loud speakers. Those people commenting negatively about the silent disco, maybe don't knock it till you've tried it. I was skeptical and ended up having the best time I have had in years. And I went solo.

Bruh, silent discos are the best, the Djs are great and if you dont like it you can swicht to other Dj, the people is so chill and fun to be with, I love to go to silent discos💜

had one of these a while back in my church and had so much fun. I never dance in public but for some reason the atmosphere and amazing choice in music, and probably witchcraft, just broke me out of my shell. get sad whenever i think about it knowing i’ll probably never experience it again
