Dozens dead and many missing after floods hit Germany and Belgium

Unusually heavy rains and floods in Germany have caused rivers to burst their banks and houses to collapse under the rising water. Firefighters and rescue teams are trying to reach people stranded on their roofs, while the death toll of victims has risen to 42.
