My daughter has been suffering with mental illness for years now. When I heard this song it brought me to tears because I’ve been wanting her to believe in herself. That the trauma she suffered was not her fault. To believe that she can rise above this illness, that it’s not who she is. I am going to play this song for her and I hope it gives her the strength to see herself as I do. A beautiful daughter!
