On the way back from Sri Lanka a short while ago, PM Modi witnessed the Ram Setu. It happened at the same time as the Surya Tilak was taking place in Ayodhya.

Stunning view Sir. This is proof that Lord Sree Ram has lived during that time and Ramayan is not a story but a genuine biography. There is also proof that there were giants living in Sri Lanka during that time. The proof is that of stadiums in Sri Lanka where seats built of rocks for giants to witness events were of exorbitant heights. The length of the legs after being seated is more than 6 foot from knee to toe. These stadiums are still there in Sri Lanka. The Ram Setu is also built by humans and not by monkeys. I am saying this because in Sanskrit language, Vanara also means "Forest Dweller". At that time in history, even in Ramayan, there were frequent mentions of Lord Sree Ram frequently meeting Rishis and others in forest during their 14 year exile. Beautiful video dear Sir. Ram Sethu land bridge is literally the physical umbilical cord that connects Mother India to daughter Sri Lanka.
