I grew up with the canned but I like making my own now. Super easy, just like you said. I add a little whole vanilla bean and a piece of cinnamon stick to mine while it's cooking. Next level. And I started storing mine in a mason jar...easy serving at the table and leftovers keep a long time.

Can, whole berry. But I will take any way it comes. Cranberries at Thanksgiving is a must. Pilgrims discovered them in 1600 in New England. Part of our heritage.

My family makes a cranberry dish with the canned that has the whole berries, mandarin oranges drained and cut into pieces, an apple peeled and grated through a cheese grater, chopped walnuts and a bit of powdered sugar to taste to counteract the tartness of the cranberry.

Always fresh cranberries, there are so many different ways to make it and it’s so delicious! Once you start making homemade, you will never open another can. Also cranberries freeze very well.

Team homemade. I make it the Monday before Thanksgiving because it's quick and keeps a long time in the fridge. It looks so beautiful in the mold and tastes soooo good! It also gets me excited about cooking more the next 3 days.😊
