They all have their own personality. They all add something to the group. Yes KSI was famous individually so was W2S. But it's not just them. If you replace one of the sidemen it wouldn't be the same

They wouldn’t be the same without all of them, you can see how sometimes when a few of them aren’t there, the levels are a bit lower than usual

Sure some may be popular than the others, but the success of the sidemen relies on the group overall. If one of them left for whatever reason, the whole group would collapse.
