I read the news about Halo 4 and Anniversary being confirmed AFTER watching them. Thank god too, watching them was just the best experience of the whole conference. Can't wait to see what they'll be doing this year!

@clanotheduck and controls, the keyboard offers a much wider range of controls plus you can get up to 9 (maybe even more...) button mouses with many different sensitivity settings that can be changed by the click of a button.

Kinect is the legend invention of the year, i highly recommand starting gaming experiences with kinect because you're really going to explore a whole new 3d world of exictement to be emotionaly connected with your favorite games.

I remember watching the actual conference last year. I was nerding all over the floor when I heard the remake for Halo: CE. When I finally calmed down they announced "A new trilogy" and I really thought it was Eden (or EVE, I cant remember what its called) because we saw the intricate colors in the start. Then we made out a voice, (couldnt hear what she said) then a heart, and the next thing I knew, we were zipping out of John's visor, and I shit my pants, (figuratively) jumping like a child.

From a geek's point of view, the kinect is an attractive piece of hardware, that's why hackers hacked it. It's just an amazing piece of hardware that no average Joe will ever get.

The ability to detect motion in 3D space, the ability to scan something into a 3D model, using depth detection and RGB photography to create a green screen without the actual need of a green screen.
