How to treat cuts and grazes? Pic it Easy!

Step one: Stay calm and… keep cool! Take a sterile gauze pad, press firmly for 2 minutes and stop the bleeding.

Step two: Clean the wound! Wash it well under cold water and make sure it's drinkable! Or use a saline solution to clean off dirt or residue.

Step three: Watch out for bacteria! If possible, use hydrogen peroxide's bubbly effect to disinfect and remove any deeper soiling.

Wet it well… Then rinse and use a sterile gauze to finish cleaning. Dry it with another gauze! A clean wound heals faster without any complications.

Step four: Your wound doesn't like being exposed to air. Cover it well with an appropriate plaster to protect it.

As for… air! Didn't you know that it doesn't help to heal fast? On the contrary! It dries the wound and forms the scar. It not only is bothersome and can leave an ugly scar… but it slows down the healing process!
