tp4056 is not recommend to use with solar panel, use tp5000 instead and you don't need a diode there's already integrated with the circuit

a 5V regulator between the Solar Cell and TP4056 would be nice as well since depending on the intensity of the sunlight, that solar cell is not consistently going to output 5V.
