Just started playing this today in band!!! We sounded like two trains filled with gasoline and dynamite collided head on at full speed






The trains were also on fire

I love this. My String Orchestra teacher is having us play this, I’m first violin so I was freaked out since it’s band music and I normally despise flats, but it sounds so beautiful with the right practice put in! I wish the Jazz Band at my school would play this for us, they’d sound amazing!

I always think it's so lovely to see all the comments of people who have played the piece, so I am going to add mine too. I'm playing this in youth orchestra and we have our concert very soon. Usually I play the flute but our conductor asked me last week if I can play the timpani instead for this piece. I used this audio to practice playing along.

We are about to play this for a concert and it's so much fun to play this with the trombone! I actually got the melody in the beginning!

My band played the Incredibles theme for our field show my freshman year and it was absolute hell, hearing that opening gave me serious Vietnam flashbacks

Our school played this in front of a whole electro school it sounded so good and so loud and fun
