SQL vs NoSQL (DynamoDB) Table Design

In this video, I will explain the main differences of Relational Databases and DynamoDB (which is part of the NoSQL family). We will first review the data normalization process of Relational database, why we needed it and which problems to solve. Then, we will see why DynamoDB doesn't need data normalization and why it's not a good idea to use Join Operations in Dynamo.

The second part of the video focuses on the Single table design, explaining the main concepts and showing the steps to follow to go from Relational to Single table design.

Finally, the last part of the video shows an interactive example using NoSQL Workbench.
