Jason Furman, professor at Harvard's Kennedy School and former CEA chairman, was one of the authors of the plan. He joins "Squawk Box" to discuss.

Another "expert" telling us to borrow / print more money. Time to find new experts. Plus pairing unemployment insurance expenditure to unemployment rates assumes that one does not affect the other. Utter stupidity.
