Donald Trump was warned by a judge to keep quiet Wednesday after he had multiple outbursts during E. Jean Carroll's testimony in a defamation damages trial against the former president. Later that night, Trump was in New Hampshire targeting Nikki Haley during a campaign rally. CBS News political correspondent Caitlin Huey-Burns has more.

DeSantis isn’t stupid he’s staying in to making sure it isn’t a two horse race. Haley was a failure as a governor in SC and the majority of its people don’t like her. Also, there was no way that was a tie for second, Haley had democrats changing parties to vote for her, and still came in third 😂

Are you aware that the Adult Survivors Act, which allows her to go after Trump so many years later was written by Hogal and passed by the Democrats in the NY legislature? This act allows her the ability to raise the claim far after the statute of limitations had run up. This Act was only in effect for one year and ran up 11/24/23. It was written specifically for this case. Otherwise why would it have only been for one year? Do other victims not deserve the same? This case is also funded by Reid Hoffman, a large Democrat donor. The judge ruled without any evidence that Trump was liable of rape. If this is not a rigged justice system, then I don’t know what is.
