The Architecture of The White House

There are many perks of being the president of the United States of America. Alongside diplomatic immunity, the POTUS Twitter handle, and a six-figure salary, you also get to live in the Executive Residence, aka the White House.
In this video, we are going to discuss an iconic structure that not only serves as a museum of American history but as a home to the President of the United States of America and the First Family; The White House.

Thanks for watching!

The picture at 54 seconds is Providence RI, not Washington DC.

You say in the video, “John Adams moved into the WH in 1979.” what?

Why did G Washington never set foot into the White House? You say he lived 20 years after it was complete. Mt Vernon is close by, so why was he never a visitor or guest?

The colonnades were torn down and rebuilt when the east and west wings were added to hold executive offices and the First Lady’s office/other rooms.

Fun fact the reason the White House had to be rebuilt in the 1950s was because the interior brick wall that the contractor who use slaves, failed to make sure they put a proper foundation in. The interior brick wall was simply sitting on clay and continued to sink and this required a total gutting of the inside only the limestone walls on the outside are original

OK a few things. George Washington died in 1799 and never occupied the White House, whether he died or not, his term ended in 1797 so he wouldn't have resided there anyhow. Second, he died AFTER his time in office had concluded, so the "sadly" line is irrelevant. Also, Adams became POTUS in 1797, not 1979. In 1979, Jimmy Carter was President

He spoke with a friend, he told me that he looks like an owl, he told me to go to Google Map and compare it, that he looks like a Bohemian owl, I swear to God, is this a coincidence or is there something hidden behind this
