Amazon PA API 5.0 issue: Status Code: 429 Error Type: TooManyRequests

The video describes the error that many users of the Amazon PA API 5.0 get: "Status Code: 429 Error Type: TooManyRequests". Supposedly too many requests were received per second, although the video shows that this is not the case.

You need minimum 1 referred sale in the last 30 days to gain access to the PA API. Otherwise your request limit is set to 0.

I have the same problem too. New account, not used on any website. 2 queries to Amazon with automatic responses. 40 products sold, € 370 in text links. Keys active but not working.

Same problem.. new affiliation, already lots of sales, API Keys ready, but they are not working at all. Same error 429: Too Many Requests: even if I'm only doing a single request via Scratchpad!
