51 Division Mobile Crisis InterventionTeam (MCIT) Officer David Hinchcliffe speaks about his work with Haven Toronto, a United Way-supported Agency that provides countless critical services to homeless and marginally-housed men in Toronto over 50 years of age - and the ever-increasing need for the support and services they provide - especially during the time of COVID-19, where resources and staff are stretched to their limits.
