Removing all bacteria would not remove all infectious diseases. There are lots of infectious diseases caused by things other than bacteria, and he even lists some, like the common cold and yeast infections. Unless he means all microscopic organisms disappearing, in which case he should not have said ''bacteria.''

Are you talking about bacteria or all microbes? They are not interchangeable terms, and there are several infections caused by non-bacteria (such as yeast infections, viral infections like the common cold, and malaria). If you mean all microbes, say all microbes instead, and if you meant all microbes, including viruses, then how would humans still be getting sick with viruses (at 1:57) after all microbes have been eliminated? Consistency dude, it's important.

Also, at 2:40, those aren't bacteria, those are Paramecia, which are eukaryotes.
