How to change username of SBI internet Banking

You Can’t Change Your SBI Online User name. Username you need to decide when you start with your Internet Banking for the first time. But, you can change your password many times.

But their is one lengthy way for changing username :

Visit your Home branch and request for deactivation of SBI Net banking
Net banking will be deactivated within day itself.
After two days you can register fresh for online banking.
Go to SBI online and select the option for New User Registration.
During the registration process system ask for username which you want to keep.

Thank you sir I changed my login password and profile password successfully but couldn’t change user name. Yours is the only video on YouTube that explicitly mentioned that it’s not easy or simple to do it and that it is not generally advisable to change it at will. Thank you so much. I could see the logic as I faced the same problem with my Tata Sky User ID as well. You have to file court affidavits and all and what not. It is generally advisable not to go for it. These websites are somewhat deeply embedded with your first time input and wouldn’t like to change it that easily as it is their fundamental systemic identification of the customer. I am clear now thanks to your short but extremely elucidating video. May God Bless You.

अच्छा आदरणीय sir जी एक बात बताइये अगर जिस ब्रांच मे अकाउंट हैं वहाँ से अकाउंट बंद करा दें.... तो न्यू ब्रांच मे अकाउंट खोलने मे कोई दिक्कत आएगी क्या??
मतलब...
वैसे तो अकाउंट ट्रांसफर करा सकते हैं सर, लेकिन जैसे बहुत सी दिक्कतें हो.. जैसे कि नाम मे करेक्शन, एड्रेस बदलवाना और फिर नेट बैंकिंग का यूजर नाम भी बदलना हो, आदी-आदी तो सीधा-सीधा उस ब्रांच मे खाता बंद करके किसी दूसरे ब्रांच मे नये सिरे से जो भी चेंजेस चाहिए उसके साथ खाता खुला लें, तो क्या न्यू ब्रांच मे अकाउंट खुलाने मे दिक्कत आएगी????
