Both drivers did nothing wrong, both drivers knew what they had to do, and both drivers accomplished those goals. This was the definition of racing, can't fault one or the other. One driver's trying cap off his season with a win, while the other is trying to win a championship, all while both aren't wreaking the other, but also not making it easy for the other.

Chastain wanted the win as bad as Blaney wanted the championship, it's called racing. Blaney has a history of losing the lead towards the end of the race because he can't keep his cool.

I watched his grandfather race for decades. Same for his father Dave and uncle Dale. This family has talent for the sport in their blood. They will unfailingly race you clean IF that's how you roll.

This is horsecrap. I respect Blaney, but Chastain was running his line, and it just so happened, it was the same as Blaney's. If you cant pass him, thats on you. Chastain shouldnt pull over for Blaney just cuz hes in the Chase. He should race for the win. I dont fault Blaney for popping him, but even after getting him out of shape, he couldnt get by. And in the end, he yarded Blaney and won.
