Downstream, Schneider Electric’s programs optimize product life cycles via refurbishment and improved end-of-life handling, collection and recycling.
Fairphone enables circularity through the extremely modular design of its smartphones. This modularity prolongs lifespans through repair and upgrades, enables module harvesting and refurbishment for reuse as spare parts and allows more efficient and targeted recycling.
