'You’re not qualified': Hegseth stumped by ‘101-level’ military questions

Sen. Tammy Duckworth joins Chris Hayes to discuss the Senate confirmation hearing of Trump’s Pentagon nominee Pete Hegseth. “He’s already told us that he’s willing to pay off somebody. Does that mean that we’re now going to have a Secretary of Defense who is potentially vulnerable to blackmail?” says Duckworth.
